Why is my character throwing grenades randomly?

If your character is throwing grenades randomly, it means Turbo Melee mod has been activated and It's not compatible with the game you play. To fix the issue, please disable the mod or equip your soldier with a Semtex grenade if the mod is compatible with the game.
