The “ON button timing” is a term referring to the time a stock button being pressed. The Macro functionality allows the user to adjust the timing for both variables: ON button timing and OFF button timing (the time a button is released). When in a programming mode, the user has to specify which timing he needs to be adjusted. Assuming a programming mode has been already entered (mod switch+PS4 Home button), then the user has to either tap the Macro Button to configure the “OFF button timing” or hold it down for 2 seconds to configure the “ON button timing”. Usually users tend to tap the Macro Button instead of holding it down for 2 seconds when they want to configure the “ ON button timing”. But as it has been explained above, the Macro Button has to be held down for 2 seconds to adjust “ON button timing”.
The first sub-mode cannot be programmed due to the nature of the function. (Simple Remap)
